Five-Spice Coconut Chicken

Ingredients
1/3 C. light coconut milk2 T honey1 T lime juice2 T soy sauce3 cloves garlic, minced2 1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder1 tsp salt4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions
Combine all ingredients except chicken and mix well. Marinate a minimum of one hour, or overnight if desired. Grill until chicken is cooked through.

Makes 4 servings, 1 chicken breast each. Great served with steamed rice and snow peas. (Not included in nutritional information)
