Whole Grain Banana Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1 Cup Whole Grain Oats1/4 Tsp. Salt1 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda2 SM. Bananas Fresh and Mashed1/2 Cup Plain Low- fat Yogurt1 Egg Large1/4 Cup Honey2 Tbs. Canola Oil1 Tsp. Vanilla12 Muffin wrappers or Muffin pan
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl mix the next 5 ingredients and blend. Mix the two bowls together and fill 12 muffin cups evenly. Cook for 20 minutes then check for doneness. May need a few additional minutes depending on your oven and pan used.
