Ingredients
5 leaves of Romaine Lettuce, 1/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup of carrot slices or strips, 2 TBSP of Bacon Bits
Directions
Add all ingredients in a bowl or plate then season with salt and pepper (optional). Enjoy! Makes 1 to 2 servings (pending)
