5 c warm water2 T yeast1/2 c oil3/4 c honeyMix in Bosch or other mixer7 1/8 c flourMix 3 minutes let rise 20-30 min2 T salt2T gluten2T dough enhancer4 1/8 c flourmix for 10 min let rise 8 min, punchdivide into 4 or 5 equal loaves, put in greased pans

Let rise final time for 20-30 min, cook 350 for 30 min.
