Cheesy Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
1lb ground chicken1/3 cup plain bread crumbs1 tbsp dijon mustard1/4 cup colby jack cheese4 100% whole wheat sandwich thins
Directions
In a bowl mix bread crumbs and chicken
In another bowl mix colby jack cheese & dijon mustard
make 4 hamburger patties from the chicken and make an indent in the center. Put 1/4 of the cheese mixture into each patty and fold over to conceal the cheese. Cook until the chicken is completely done and serve on one of the sandwich thins
Makes 4 servings.

    I haven't personally tried that but I think it may work. You may even want to try a spicy brown mustard. Hope you enjoy!
