Directions
Soy Sauce, .25 cup *Orange Marmalade, .25 cup Catsup, 2 tbspGarlic, 1 clove or 1/2 tsp. crushed*8 Pork chops boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, excluding refuse
Combine all but chops and brush on both sides of chops. Place chops in crock pot and pour remaining sauce over chops. Cover and cook on low 8- 10 hours.

Be careful because I got hockey pucks. Needless to say it was good money down the drain. I cut the time in half and they were still over cooked...1/17/2008 I decided to try this in the oven instead of the crockpot and the family loved it this time...kids asked for seconds and they never do. - 1/9/08
