Broiled No Name Steak with Pesto Butter (seymour)

Ingredients
4 Petite Cut No Name Steaks2 tbs. olive oilsalt and pepper to taste1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened1/4 c. prepared Basil Pesto2 c. cooked Spaghetti
Directions
season the steaks with olive oil, salt and pepper and arrange on a baking sheet. Broil steaks according to package directions. Mix the pesto and butter together in a small bowl and set aside. Boil the pasta, drain and toss with 6 tbsp. pesto butter mixture. During the last minute top the steaks with a dollop of pesto butter. Serve over pasta.

Makes 4 servings.

Each serving is 1 steak and 1/2 c. pasta
