Ingredients
1.5 cups of plain flour2 cups grated cheese2 carrots, grated1 large zuchhini (courgette), grated6 rashers short cut bacon, diced1 onion, chopped1.5 cups milk6 eggs2 teaspoons mixed herbs2 teaspoons vegetable stock powder3 tablespoons butter, melted3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Directions
Grease a 12" x 10" casserole dish and preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cheese, carrots, onion, zucchini, and bacon.

Beat together the milk, eggs, herbs and stock powder. Melt the butter and add it slowly to the milk and eggs while beating.

Add milk and egg mixture to other ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in pre-heated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until top is lightly browned and ingredients are cooked through.

    it says add butter, but butter isn't listed in the ingredients list.... I didn't add butter and it is in the oven now, hopefully I didn't ruin dinner!!

    ** UPDATE** - Dinner was delicious! I used less cheese, and less bacon. I also added more zucchini and carrots. Yum! - 4/28/10

    Oh, no! It should have 3 tablespoons of butter in it that you melt and stir in last. I am so sorry! I hope it didn't ruin your dinner :( I have now edited the recipe (and corrected the spelling mistakes too) Urbanlotus

    Made with flour cheese, milk, eggs, s&P & 3 rashers bacon. Hubby thought there was enough bacon (half) and suggested less cheese next time. Otherwise it was enjoyable.
    My crust didn't seem to sink to bottom very well. There was just a slight crunchiness to the outside (I used Deep Springform pan). - 2/25/10
