Greek pizza

Ingredients
1 envelope quick-rising yeast1 cup lukewarm skim milk1.5 tbsp olive oil1 tsp salt 1 cup white flour1 to 1.25 cups brown flourToppings:1 cup tomato sauce1 cup seeded chopped tomatoes0.5 cup sliced black olivesi cup thinly sliced onion1 cup crumbled feta0.5 cup chopped red pepper.
Directions
6 servings.
Preheat oven to 400.
Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk. Add oil, salt, white flour. Stir till smooth. Add brown flour til can knead, knead until smooth, about 2 min. Let rest 5 min.
Roll out to size of pan, put on toppings. Bake 25 to 30 min.
