Stove Top Apples

Ingredients
4 apples quarted, peeled & cored( apples can be any variety you have on hand )Splash of unsweetened apple juiceLemon juice from one large wedgeor1 tsp. Lemon concentrate
Directions
In a medium sauce pan combine all ingredients and cook on medium heat for about 5 min. reduce to low simmer for about 15 min or until apples are soft enough to whisk lightly into a chucky sauce.

Serve warm with alpine macaroni, also goes great with pork tenderloin.
