Rumbamel's Brown Sugar and Honey Carrots

Ingredients
-1 lb. carrots, sliced thinly-1 C water-1 T brown sugar-1 T honey
Directions
--Slice your carrots in a food processor to save time. Put them in a medium sized pot with your water and bring to a bowl over high heat.

--Reduce to a simmer and had your honey and brown sugar. Stir well and cook for about 5-7 minutes until desired tenderness.

--Makes 6 servings of 1/2 C each.

--Enjoy!!
