turkey noodle soup

Ingredients
One cup chopped dark turkey meatsix ounces turkey light meat8 oz spatzle noodles2 stalks celery chopped30 baby carrots12 chicken boullion cubesone small onion chopped
Directions
boil 12 cups water with boullion cubes, add chopped baby carrots, celery and onion. Add noodles and cooked turkey (I used leftovers from roasting a turkey yesterday). Reduce heat to med and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour or until vegetables and noodles are tender.
