1/2 cup flour1/2 tsp baking powder3 eggs1 cup milkgrated cheese (about 20grams)veges and lentils
put flour and baking powder in a large bowl. mix eggs and milk in a smaller bowl. Add wet to dry ingredients. Add veges (uncooked or frozen) and lentils, then add the grated cheese. Mix together, then pour into quiche baking dish greased with the olive oil.
Cook for about half an hour in a 200 - 220 degree celsius oven. Makes about 4 or 5 servings.
