Juanita's Southwest Grilled Chicken Breast

Ingredients
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken BreastsOlive OilWeber's Grill Creations Kick'n Chicken Seasoning Garden Fresh Gourmet Jack's Special Medium SalsaAvocado (mashed)
Directions
Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts. Spray olive oil on the chicken breast. Sprinkle Chicken Seasoning on both sides, to taste.
Grill on medium coals, gas grill or George Forman until cooked thoroughly (170 - 180 degrees).

Top cooked chicken with avocado and salsa.

Sprig of cilantro makes a great garnish.
