Ingredients
Sprouted mung beans Spring onionGinger corrianderGround cumin seedsbreadcrumbs from one slice of Hovis seed sensation breadGreen Chilliwatersalt
Directions
Blend all the ingredients in a blender, add water if required to get the consistency of dough. Use spices as per your taste. Divide the mixture into three portions and make a burger. Rub olive oil on both sides and cook in a hot gridle until browned off on both sides. In the sandwich maker or foreman grill you can do both sides at once. Serve hot with green salad and ketchup.
