Brandi's crockpot lasagna

Ingredients
*Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blend Lasagna -13.25 oz box*Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil, 8 cup*Honeysuckle White Breakfast Sausage, 2lbsPortabella Mushrooms, 100 grams*Marketside Organic Baby Spinach, 3 cup *Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Mozzerella Cheese, 2.5 cup*Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese, 2 cup
Directions
spray olive oil into crockpot to keep noodles from sticking. Brown sausage, add spaghetti sauce. Place 1 cup of sauce into bottom of crockpot Cover with noodles (you will have to break up noodles to get to fit in crockpot) cover with 1/2c cottage cheese. use 1/4 of muchrooms to create next layer. Next add 1 cup spinach. Next add 1/2c mozzerella cheese. Finish layer with 1&1/2c of meat sauce. Repeat layers. I finish mine off with noodles, meatsauce and final cup of shredded cheese. cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Half way through the cooking process i push noodles down so they aren't crunchy. Also note I make this is a 6qt crockpot.
