Roo's Hot Coffee Protein Latte

Ingredients
1.5 cups hot coffee1 scoop Muscle Milk Light Vanilla Protein Powder1 tsp Clear fiber1/4 cup cold water
Directions
Brew coffee. While waiting, add one scoop protein powder, fiber and 1/4 cup cold water to large stainless steel coffee tumbler and shake, shake, shake. When coffee is done brewing, add about 1/4 cup and shake again--then top off to make 2 cups of hot coffee latte.

hint, as you sip, reshake a litte here and there so you don't end up with gritty last drops.
