German Oven Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour3 eggs - beaten (this recipe used liquid egg in place)1/2 cup milk2 Tbls melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Beat all ingredients together and pour intoa lightly greased 10-inch round baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Pancake will puff into big bubbles while baking. Cut into wedges and serve. Top with whatever you'd like.
