1 Egg2 Egg white3/4 cup sugar1 cup nonfat milk1/4 cup applesauce2 cooked, pureed carrots2 cups Arrowhead mills Gluten free all purpose baking mixFor topping1/4 cup unpacked brown sugar1 Tbsp melted butter1 Tbsp Arrowhead mills Gluten free all purpose baking mix2 Tsp cinnamon
Combine egg, sugar, milk and applesauce. Add flour. Mix well and pour into greased muffin tins. Top with brown sugar mix. Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes.
