Whole Wheat Oatmeal Craisin Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar.25 cup unsweetened applesauce1 large egg (I used one duck egg)3 Tbls butter1.5 tsp vanilla1 cup whole wheat pastry flour1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp baking powder.5 tsp baking soda.5 tsp salt1.3 cups quick oats.66 cups craisins.5 cups pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix first five ingredients in a medium size bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture, when mixed well add the remaining ingredients.

Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets, bake for approx. 12-15 minutes.

Makes 20 cookies
