Southwestern Style Vegetarian Taco/Burrito Filling

Ingredients
3 pk ground veggie crumbles2 can black beans1 can sweet corn2 chopped raw onions (red or yellow)2 tbsp sun dried tomato2 tbsp taco seasoning1 tbsp minced garlic2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Heat ground veggie crumbles in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add in black beans, corn, onions, sun dried tomato, garlic, and taco seasoning and simmer 10 minutes.

Serve on tortillas and top with fresh mango salsa and veggie cheese for a sweet tangy delight.
