Fish and brown rice

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice8 oz Tilapia1 cup whipping cream1 tbsp dijon mustard
Directions
Cook rice acording to package directions.
Cook fish 2 minutes on each side then cover with cream and dot with mustard. simmer for 6 minutes.
Serve over rice
