2 tbsp canola oil2 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp honey1 small shallott minced1/2tsp salt1/4tsp freshly ground pepper2 cups shredded carrots(about 4 medium)1 cup peeled and shredded celery root1/2 cup golden raisins1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

whisk oil, lemon juice, honey,shallot,salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add carrots, celery root, raisins and walnuts, toss to combine
