¼ c Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft)½ c Honey1 lg Egg1 c Carrots, shredded¼ c Raisins1/3 c Walnuts2T. Orange Juice Concentrate Frozen 1 c Flour, Whole Wheat Pastry1 ½ t. Baking Powder¼ t. Salt1 t. Cinnamon, ground½ t. Ginger, ground½ t. Nutmeg, groundOPTIONAL (included in calories)1/2 Raisins1/2 Walnuts (chopped)
Directions
Preheat oven 350'

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 8x8 baking pan
Bake 350' 35-45 minutes
