On a craving, I threw in what I had on hand. Substitute any fruit or milk you may have. Cup of almond milk (unsweetened)1/4 cup each cottage cheese (fat free), yogurt (organic, fat free)Cup of grapes, cup of blueberries, one banana (all frozen)2-3 tbs of honey, dash of cinnamonI drank one immediately (smoothie style) and the rest are in the freezer to eat more like ice cream. Creamier than usual smoothie because of cottage cheese....REALLY GOOD!
Throw all ingredients in blender, pour up either to drink immediately or freeze for later.
Makes 5 cups (used old apple sauce plastic cups to freeze).
