Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz *Harvest Gold Potatoes (1 Potatoe = 1 serving), 2 serving *Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g), 3 gram(s)*Cooking spray Pam 1/8 tsp, .5 gram, 3 seconds, 1 serving Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped *El Pato Brand Tomato Sauce (Mexican Hot Style), 7.75 oz Oregano, ground, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp *Morton Course Kosher Salt (1/4 tsp), 3 serving *Cumin - ground (1 tsp), 1 tsp *Lawrey's seasoned salt, 0.25 tsp
Spray pan with Pam cooking spray. Add ground turkey, onions, and all herbs and seasoning. Brown over medium heat. Add chopped potatoes and frozen veggies. Mix and add 1/4 cup of water or chicken broth. Add chopped garlic clove, mix and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are soft inside. Add El Pato spicy tomato sauce and cobver for additional 5-10 minutes.
Optional:
Serve with brown rice, or as taco filling. Garnish with fresh cilantro, diced tomatoes, chopped raw green onions, and low-fat sour cream.
