Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil1 medium onion ( trips)1 green pepper( strips)2 medium size tomato ( cut to wedges)2 eggs 2 egg whites (mixed with eggs)
Directions
Sautee onions and peppers with olive oil.
Add tomatoes and eggs mixture.
Season to taste.
Makes 2 nice size servings
