Tuna Salmon Spinach Cake

Ingredients
1 7oz can of tuna1 can of Salmon2 organic eggs4 T Organic Flaxseed4 t mustardspice - cayenne pepper, parsley, black pepper, red pepper, Optional onions, chopped celery, wheat germ
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a fork. Add water or yogurt to moisten. I use round cup to form patties (sprayed w/pam for easy removal) Cook on med-hi in eco pan w/Pam until crispy on the outside and cooked on the inside. Great on a bed of lettuce w/a mustard sauce or yogurt sauce..
