Vegetable Curry with chicken

Ingredients
1 chicken breast - no skin, no bone1 package broccoli & cauliflower mix5 baby carrots chopped1 leek, chopped1 tsp Minced Garlic
Directions
Saute all but chicken in 1 tablespoon butter. Add spices & fresh garlic. Add chicken, cook til chicken is done. Serve over rice.
