Greek Salad

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. (30 ml) olive oil1 Tbsp. (15 ml) wine vinegar1/2 tsp. (2 ml) dried oregano1 cup (250 ml) canned red kidney beans, rinsed & drained1 cup (250 ml) diced fresh tomatoes1 cup (250 ml) diced green peppers1 cup (250 ml) diced Feta1/4 cup (50 ml) chopped onions
Directions
Combine olive oil, vinegar & oregano.
Pour dressing over ingredients.
Toss well

Can put over a bed of greens or great alone.
