Slow-Cooker Salsa Chicken, adapted

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 cup salsa1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed)1/2 reduced fat sour cream1 tablespoon chili powder1 teaspoon cumin1 teaspoon red pepper
Add chicken to slow cooker. Mix together chili powder, cumin and red pepper. Sprinkle over chicken. Pour salsa and soup over chicken. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve with brown rice (not included in nutritional analysis). Serves 6
