10 Minute Chocolate Cake

2 tablespoons wheat protein isolate2 tablespoons pumpkin seed flour2 tablespoons cocoa 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoons butter, melted 3 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons Splenda1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1 tablespoon water 1 egg
Makes 2 servings.
1. Melt butter in 2 cup measuring cup (or bowl)
2. Combine rest of ingredients and mix together
3. Cover with plastic wrap and cut small slit in center
4. Microwave for approx 1 minute 10 seconds (microwave cooking times may vary)
5. Once done cooking, take out of microwave and flip over onto plate
6. Let cool and cut in half for the two servings
