One Minute Cake

Ingredients
2 tablespoons wheat flour4 teaspoons Splenda1/4 teaspoon baking powder2 teaspoons cocoa powderpinch salt2 tablespoons nonfat milk1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract1 teaspoon apple butter (or applesauce)1 Tablespoon chocolate chips
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add wet ingredients and stir until well combined. Spray a mug (not a big mug) with cooking spray, and pour the batter into the cup. Microwave at full power for one minute. If it's not done, continue to microwave at 15 second increments.

Makes one serving.

You can add other ingredients: coconut, mini candy bars, chocolate chips, etc., but these are not included in the nutrition count.
