Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup Peanut Butter1/2 cup Country Crock Light1/2 cup Sugar1/2 cup Brown Sugar1 egg3 tablespoon 2% Milk1 teaspoon Vanilla1.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour3/4 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. In a large bowl, cream together all ingredients. (I used my Kitchenaid mixer and mixed it all at once).
2. Roll dough into small balls, about the size of a ping pong ball.
3. Place on cookie sheet and press with fork.
4. Back for 8-10 minutes.
