Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges

2 medium-sized sweet potatoes, cut into wedges1/8 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon season salt1/4 teaspoon ground cumin1/4 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon garlic powdercooking spray
Preheat oven to 450 F.
In microwave, cook potato wedges for about 2-4 minutes on High--just enough to soften.
Then, combine all ingredients (except cooking spray) in a plastic bag. Seal and shake. Place sweet potato wedges on a baking sheet (do not overlap) coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 450 F for about 20 minutes or until they start to brown, flipping potatoes once or twice during cooking.
