Mango Shrimp Kebabs

Ingredients
1.5 pounds large peeled and deveined shrimp2 red bell peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces2 mangoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes1 small red onion, cut into 1 inch pieces2 limes
Directions
Prepare shrimp, veggies, and magos.

Turn girll on to medium high heat.
Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper.
Thread shrimp, pepper, mango, and onions onto skewers. Alternating.
Place skewers on grill coated with cooking spray.
Grill 2 minutes on each side or until shrimp is done.
Squeeze juice from limes over kebabs.

1 serving = 2 kebabs
