Vegetarian Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
2 cups ricotta cheese2 cups mozzarella cheese1 egg2 cups tomato or spaghetti sauce1 1/2 cups spinach, cooked9 whole wheat lasagna noodles1 teaspoon of oreganodash of pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix the spinach, ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella cheese, egg, oregano and pepper. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Then Layer half the tomato sauce, then 3 noodles, and then half the cheese and spinach mixture. Repeat Layer. Then top with the noodles then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on the top. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

    Thanks for this recipe. I subbed cottage cheese for the ricotta, I used gluten free lasagna noodles to make this a gluten free meal.
