Ingredients
.95 lb. boneless thin sliced pork chops1/4 C italian seasoned bread crumbs1 eggcooking spray
Directions
preheat oven to 425 deg.
beat egg in small bowl
spread bread crumbs on plate
spray baking pan with cooking spray
dip each chop in egg and coat in crumbs then place on cooking sheet
bake for 10 min.
turn and continue baking for additiona 5 min.
serves 6
