Momma's Shrimp St. Paul

Ingredients
2 Eggs6 Large Raw Shrimp1 Slice of Aldi Swiss Cheese (broken in pieces)1 Green onion1/4 tsp of Baking Soda2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Scramble 2 large eggs
add 6 large shrimp in egg mixture
add 1 slice of Aldi Swiss Cheese (broken into little pieces)
add approx. 1/8 c. of chopped green onion
add 1/4 tsp. of baking soda
2 tbsp. of oil to non-stick skillet
Cook mixture like an omelet, making sure that the inside is completely done
Place between two slices of bread
(I like lettuce, tomato, miracle whip & white onions on mine)
