Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
Directions
1 can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup4 cups of chopped broccoil floretswater or brothspice to taste
Place broccoli in soup pot, add water or broth to cover. Bring to a boil. When broccoli is tender, allow to cool slightly and transfer to blender in small batches. Blend on low until broccoli has been incorporated. Return to soup pot, and add can of condensed cream of chicken soup. Bring to a boil, stirring well. Add spice to taste!
Variations:
Only process half the batch of broccoli for a chunkier soup.
Use reduced-fat cheddar soup instead of Chicken.
Add your favorite salsa to kick up the spice.
The possiblilites are endless - throw in leftover veggies, add leftover rice or pasta before serving - great way to clean out the fridge :)
Top with shredded cheese, if desired.
Makes approximately 4 1 cup servings.
