Clyde's Landing - Fish Tacos

1 Pkg Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortilla1 Lb Talipa1 Pkt McCormics Reduiced Sodium Taco Seasing1/2 Cup waterTaco FixingSalsaShreded lettuce%2 Shreaded Cheese
Mix the water and taco mix
Use tinfoil to line a small baking dish and place fish in it. Cover this with Taco seasoning mixed with water.
Bake at 350 for 20 -30 Mins.
Remove fish from oven and shread carefully with a fork.
Transfer shreaded fish and liquid to a saute pan and heat over medium heat stirring untill liquid reduced down about 2/3. around 10 mins.
Assemble Tacos as you Choose.
Makes 4-6 soft tacos.
