Alfredo Beef Pasta Skillet

Ingredients
14 oz Lean Ground Beef5oz (dry) Barilla Whole Grain Rotini1- 15oz jar Classico Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce4 cups Frozen Winter MIx Vegetable (Broccoli & Cauliflower blend)
Directions
1. Prepare pasta as directed. Drain

2. While pasta is cooking, brown ground beef in medium sized skillet, (drain fat).

3. Return ground beef to skillet, add veggies,cooked pasta and Alfredo Sauce. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer.

4. Simmer for 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Makes 8: 1~cup servings.

    WOW! so delicious! and soo easy, which is even better! I didn't have broccoli with cauliflower, so i just used broccoli and man o man was this dish top notch. My partner and I are still savoring the leftovers. We will surely be making this again. Thanks for a great recipe! :D - 6/22/10
