Italian chicken pasta revised

I lb ck breasts cooked (leftover)1 can cream of chicken soup8 oz lowfat cream cheese1 cup nonfat milk1 package Good Seasonings Italian mix16 oz whole wheat pasta cooked
Directions
Cook pasta
While pasta is cooking, mix together all but chicken until smooth, add chicken and heat thru. Add to pasta
