Ingredients
2 cups flour (whole wheat or white)2 eggs1 tbsp olive oil1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup waterMix flour and salt together,make a well in the center of flour; add eggs,water and olive oil.Mix together,knead until slightly firm.Put on floured surface and roll out ;cut into 4 sections.Take each section and roll until very thin.Cut into strips and let dry for 30 minutes,flip over and let stand another 20 minutes.Pop into large pot of boiling water for 7 minutes.Drain and enjoy!!!
