Thai Red Curry Chicken

Ingredients
Heat oil in wok or large frying pan. Add chicken, sprinkle with a little salt. Stirfry until opaque. Add ginger and onions and stirfry until onions are tender. Add brown sugar, curry paste and fish sauce. Add coconut milk and asparagus. Cover and simmer until asparagus is tender.If desired, thicken with a little cornstartch before serving.
