Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 lb stew meat1 cup white onion, sliced1/2 cup green onion, sliced2 cups fresh broccoli florets4 garlic cloves, dicedground ginger (to taste)garlic powderonion powder2 TBSP olive oil1 TBSP red wine vinegarfajita seasoningsoy sauce (approx 3-4 tbsp)
Directions
Heat stew beef, green onion, seasonings, oil, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic in deep skillet over medium heat until meat is browned.

Add broccoli, mix well, and cook on low covered until broccoli is to desired tenderness.

Serve over rice or rice noodles (not included in nutritional content)
