Whole Wheat Pesto and Artichoke Pizza

Ingredients
Fresh & Easy Pesto Genovese (1Tbsp=17g), 2 tbsp Mozzarella Flavored Cheese Alternative by Galaxy Nutrition (1 slice=17g), 2 serving Trader Joe's Marinated Artichokes ( 1srv=1/3 cup), 1 servingFresh & Easy Whole Wheat Pizza Dough (1/8 of crust 20z=57g), 8 serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Flour Work Station, rolling pin and dough.

Press dough down with fingers to flatten a little then roll out dough with rolling pin to about 10 inch diameter.

Once dough is rolled out spray cookie sheet with some oil and place rolled out dough onto cookie sheet.

Add 2 Tbsp of pesto to dough and spread with spoon then add chopped artichokes and and spread about pizza evenly then break the 2 slices of cheese into pieces and spread them evenly around pizza.

Toss into oven for like 8-10 minutes and it's done.
