Salsa Verde

Ingredients
8-10 tomatillos, smaller is better, peeled and washed2 serrano peppers1 jalapeno pepper2 cloves garlic1/3 med. onion1/2 c fresh cilantrosalt to taste
Directions
Put all veggies except garlic and cilantro on hot gill. Cook until skins are charred and tomatillos are soft to touch. Put everything but salt in blender. Blend until large pieces are broken down. Add salt 1 Tbsp at a time until desired flavor. Fresh lime juice optional.
