Ingredients
Blue Crab Meat, 16 oz (remove)Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 2 slice, thin (3-3/4" x 5" x 3/8") (remove)Milk, nonfat, .9 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)Marzetti Lite Slaw Dressing, 1 tbsp (remove)Chesapeake Bay Style Seasoning (Old Bay), 2 tsp
Directions
mix all ingredients and form paddies. Broil for 10 min each side @ 350 degrees

    Awsome! So good I ate one leftover for breakfast! I did use light mayo type dressing as that's what I had available. Very enjoyable on a Deli Flat, and with a tossed salad. Will make again - 6/26/10

    These were so easy to prepare, but the best part is how well the essence of crab comes through. I would cut back on the milk as I had to drain a bit out, and I also pan-fried in a bit of olive oil so that would change the calorie count. - 1/28/12
