Spinach and Egg Omelette

Ingredients
5 fresh medium eggs1 can of your favorite spinach1/4 tsp onion bits or onion powder1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp garlic
Directions
In a mixing bowl scramble eggs, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic. Spray your skillet or frying pan with a no stick spray and put canned spinach in skillet. Sautee spinach in skillet until warm, then add scramble egg mixture. Cook until eggs are well done. Makes 2 servings.
